Medstar, Michigan’s largest EMS and mobile healthcare provider, is pleased to promote Paramedic Barrett Johnson to EMS Operations Supervisor.  In this role, Barrett will support Central Operations EMTs and Paramedics in their clinical care and service to our patients, communities, and facilities.

“I’m proud to see our team members grow and advance their careers within our organization, and know that Barrett’s experience and compassion will strengthen our support and resourcefulness for our team,” said Medstar CEO Kolby Miller.

Barrett joined Medstar in 2016 as an EMT and advanced to the paramedic role in 2019. He has also served as a field training officer and alternate supervisor.

“This opportunity to grow with Medstar is exciting. I will focus on building positive relationships to provide guidance, support, and mentorship,” Barrett said. “I will work with our other supervisors and leadership to help our clinical personnel in any way needed to support the care and service we provide.”
