Medstar is offering sign-on bonuses to new full-time licensed employees at the following locations:
- Clinton Township
- Lincoln Park
- Mundy Township
- EMT $3,500 + free Paramedic program
- Paramedic $5,000
- CCT Paramedic $7,500
The bonus is paid over the first 90 days of employment. Employees hired as part of our paid EMT Academy are not eligible for sign-on bonuses.

As we grow to meet increasing demand from new 911 communities, as well as our growth within our stakeholder health systems, we welcome skilled and compassionate EMS providers to join our team. New team members have the option to pick from a variety of workweek schedules and shift options including 24’s, 12’s and 36-48 (alternating weekends). We also offer a “student special” schedule of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday – 12-hour shifts, paid as 44 hours worked. Our sign-on bonuses do not have “other terms may apply” clauses.
