Medstar’s Mobile Healthcare Program brings care to the patients. Specially-trained Mobile Healthcare Paramedics visit patients in their homes for follow-up care, health assessments, compliance monitoring, and preventative services. It improves access to healthcare and decreases duplicative services, especially among underserved populations.
Our Mobile Healthcare Program can reduce rehospitalizations and unnecessary trips to the emergency department (ED), improve patient outcomes, and lower healthcare costs.
