SUTTER WILL LEAD EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE EFFORTS
Medstar, Michigan’s largest EMS and mobile healthcare provider, welcomes Leeya Sutter to the executive leadership team as the nonprofit’s Vice President of Human Resources. Sutter will lead Medstar’s growing Human Relations team responsible for creating an award-winning employee experience, recruitment efforts, and strategic personnel planning.
Sutter has over 18 years of leadership experience. She recently served as the Director of Human Resources for The Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation (SMART.) Before her most recent role, Sutter worked as an employment and training manager and a labor relations specialist. She also has experience in the automotive and retail industries.

Sutter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Development from Oakland University. She graduated in 2006.
